Troymet Director Participates in Gypsy Swap

December 2, 2011 Troymet Exploration Corp. (“Troymet”) announces that Dr. Kieran Downes, President & CEO and a Director of Troymet, sold through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange and other markets 1,000,000 Common Shares of Troymet at a price of $0.055 per share to clients of Canaccord Financial Inc. from his personal holdings. Dr. Downes will be using the funds from this sale to subscribe for Units and/or flow-through shares pursuant to the proposed non-brokered private placement of Troymet announced on November 28, 2011.
